The Creative Designers are responsible for design exploration, execution and overall creative management of point of sale, packaging, trade advertising, digital design, ecommerce, motion graphics and collateral materials.
What We're Looking For:
Applied understanding of interaction design and graphic design principles with the ability to independently design across multiple projects in multiple design styles
Provide high-quality design presentations for review with Creative Leads
The focus is to gain alignment on the creative direction to be presented to Brand
Collaboration with Production/Commercialization on deliverables
Ensure that your part of the approval process is followed according to set parameters
Provide insight and recommendation on color as well as production execution
Ensure that brand pillars are consistently considered in all creative exploration and that you are delivering high-quality creative that is on-brand
Ability to work within tight deadline- maintain steady workflow amid changing direction and frequent shifts in priority
Constantly strive to gain further knowledge of design in an effort to improve quality of work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adeptness with leading design software esp. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.), Corel Draw
Some creative industry experience
Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
A true team player focused on building the team and culture
Ability to collaborate and act as an integral part of a fast-paced creative team
Outstanding portfolio showcasing strengths in brand identity
Current knowledge of design and packaging industry trends
